Footprint is Awarded Fast Company's 2020 Most Innovative Company

We are delighted that Footprint has been named to Fast Company’s prestigious annual list of Footprint, a sustainable technology firm specializing in materials science today announced that Fast Company ranked it tenth among the world’s 50 most innovative companies. Previous winners on this prestigious list include Patagonia, Sweetgreen, Beyond Meat, Amazon, SpaceX and Apple.

Footprint joins the ranks of these globally-impactful brands through reimagining the grocery aisle, replacing single and multi-use plastic used in common packaging for items such as produce and meat, as well as cups, lids and straws. Footprint’s plant-based packaging that is marine biodegradable, compostable, recyclable and, most importantly, free of toxic PFAS chemicals.
